1. Eli said he brought it on himself. Who knew Eli could even speak. Must be bad.

  2. I don't recall Beckham having an older receiver who was really good on the Giant squad when he came in. Having a Chris Carter type to mentor you would be worth millions in his development. These NFL d-backs will keep challenging him between the ears. I don't think he's the best receiver in the NFL, but who's more popular? Another reason he needs a role model quick.
  3. He's top 5 if he's ignoring the bull and just playing ball. Plus the 3 I'd put firmly ahead of him (AJ Green, Julio, Antonio Brown) are universally liked and not prone to meltdowns so...

  5. That's a pretty fair group at this time.
  6. Absolutely. Top 5 if his head is screwed on straight. Has the best hands of them all. Not as big as AJ or Julio. Not as fast as Julio. Runs routes as good as Brown. Could maybe make an argument he's the best combo of hands, size, and route running.

    Dude can play.
  7. You would think that other LSU dude at receiver would have done just that.

  8. Victor Cruz is a veteran receiver and a good dude. Of course he was hurt when Odell came in...
  9. Didn't they play together some at LSU? It would have to be someone with the experience and talent to get Beckham's respect and attention. Cruz has been there a while but not everyone is a mentor.
  10. In 2011, Randle's last year, Beckham true freshman.

Randle just seems the type to be able to mentor him.
