If the allegations are true then this is the right move, but doing it before there is even real proof that is pretty harsh. They were obviously just looking for a reason to get rid of him. Unless of course there are enough witnesses to the incident to verify the kids claims.

i think this was the excuse they were waiting for to fire him. i think there were other things adding up and this gave them reason to let him go.

Leach and his attorney have been saying that TT would fire him before December 31st because in his contract it says that if Leach is the coach after December 31st 2009 he is due for an 800k bonus. TT is doing the ole Al Davis and firing him with "cause".

LSU should hire him as the offensive coordinator.

i had that conversation with a friend earlier. i must say, i like that idea.
