Did anyone see the espn Price interview? How did he come across to you? When you have to rely on the kindness and generosity of Ryan Leaf that ain't good. I kinda felt sorry for the guy.

    It was sad

He came across as genuine and sincere, yet I can't believe he didn't know the ramifications those actions would produce for him. I feel sorry for the wives of Price, Kobe and the lot. The guys come across as dogs with absolutely no self control. It was just a sad, sad commentary on a man who football wise may have had it all together, but personally he was adrift and lost it all on one moment of insanity.

Well, we all follow our little captains into battle, don't we. Price didn't bother to be discrete. That makes him too stupid to be the coach at U-La-La, much less Alabama.

Sure, I feel sorry for him for his humiliation. But trying to turn his firing into a $40 million windfall for himself is way over the line. And stupid, of course. Who's gonna hire the silly bastard now?

Coach, it isn't Bama's fault and it isn't Sports Illustrated's fault. It's your own damn fault and you know it. Your lawyers talked you into this and they are the only ones who will profit--at your loss. Your case will never fly in an Alabama court. Really stupid.

Not disagreeing here but the reasons lawyers take these cases is because your average jury will buy into most anything. Saw a case recently where a construction worker got hit on the head by the falling door of a construction elevator. He sued everyone in the elevator on the theory that one of them pushed the button. They all contributed $3000 a piece to avoid a trial. The guy pocketed 15 grand for not watching where he was standing.

Lawyers are like drug dealers. Drug users are the ultimate cause of the drug problem, but the dealers make it possible and profit from it.

Lawyers may not be the cause of our screwed up society, but they sure do promote it and profit from it.

OK, not the place for my soapbox....I'll can it.

I am really looking forward to our offense this year. With Mauck another year into our system and out of basecall, he could really bring things together for a great year. Our O-line is the key to the year. They stay successful and we don't lose.

    cheers!

A Catholic Church in New Mexico is being sued for a priest advising that someone who had past was burning in hell for his luke warm attitudes. The priest forgot to be P.C.
