No doubt...3rd and long was scary today. No Early to get in space...and no Early to block downfield if Flynn decided to take off. It happened more than once, and Early's presence was needed every time.

When criticizing Mitchell, just remember that if it were not for a penalty he would have run a punt back for a TD.

And I was disappointed - and surprised - that Tolliver did not play.

Well, if not for those blocks in the back, I don't think he would've run it back.

Well, if not for the penalty he would have been tackled. Everyone is entitled to one bad day, this was certainly Mitchell's. He couldn't catch a cold out there.

I could have sworn that we won the game, but from the way some of you folks are fretting you'd think we lost!

Very accurate post...as there were NUMEROUS blocks in the back on that play. I personally saw 3.

He beat his guy deep and his QB underthrew him. Badly. Should have been a TD.

He was also the one who was overthrown deep across the middle early in the game.

Losing Ducet really hurts. He might be the most important guy on the entire team. At least the offense and special teams.

Not so much fretting as just analyzing and discussing. To be satisfied is to sink back to mediocrity. No?
