Yeah, I remember absolutely HATING to play THS. Those people would hide in the sugar cane fields and throw bottles at our bus when driving down the road. And that was in '93 when they beat us 60-7!!

 

Last year they saw a friend of mine's legs anchored to the ground and they still bullrushed him to intentionally tear his tendons up well after the play

so the more things change, the more they stay the same....

 

For what it's worth, I don't know how to get anyone to believe me other than to take my word on it, but I had emailed Skip the other day asking if he knew any information for the ASU game next weekend and just a few moments ago, I received a reply from him and although it was short, the answer simply was:

and that was straight from the top, ladies and gents....I think it's going to be a good thing come next Saturday.

 

I believe you, because my Mass Comm professor said she talked to him, and that was the response too...

And the only reason THS would beat us that badly was b/c most of the 9th graders were 19 years old!!

Most of their training came from running away from Thib. PD.......with a TV in their arms! :shock:
