    That sure brings back memories. I don't think anyone hated Saban more after he bolted for Miami.

    I actually think Mauck was a better qb after the injury .Before the injury I think he was too quick to take off running.As he rehabbed he had to stay in the pocket in practice because he couldnt run.I think that was the final touch in turning him into a QB that could take us all the way to the national championship..If he doesnt get hurt we positively win more games in 2002,but I dont know if we win all the ones we did in 2003.
