Miles Respect

    It's also better than how Loyd Carr handled a similar question a few years ago...just staring at the reporter for like a minute and then running off.

    Its good to see Miles get some respect. I'm sick of these experts saying Miles is a total failure because he didn't win an SEC Championship in TWO seasons; one with hurricanes Katrina and Rita and another with 4 top ten road games.

    Everyone keeps saying "Well if he didn't win anything last year, he will never win anything." These are the same people who said LSU had too tough of a schedule to win everything, and Miles did exactly what was expected, split those four road games 2-2. Now those same people are blasting him for not winning everything?

    CFN is the only realistic, intelligent college football coverage out there. Last year they said the '06 season for LSU will be successful if we win 10 games, that playing for an SEC title is too much given the schedule. And they were correct. And ironically, they're the only college football reporters (outside of Baton Rouge) who respect Miles.
