let's not get carried away here. when nick left, he left a full notebook of 1-2 pages of hand-written notes to miles about each player's playing style and each player's personality, etc... 1-2 pages of notes... PER PLAYER... that's 200 or so pages of notes... HAND-WRITTEN... so Nick did his best to make sure the transition was as smooth as possible for Les. I don't think there will be any ill-will toward either of the 2.
