Which I'm hoping the seniors are doing now eventhough ppl are going to say he should already but he may say I was innocent but if other players/his peers who he may look up to say an Early who was in trouble when he first got here or any other one explains to him its just like driving you may be the best driving in the world and think you may never get into an accident you still have to look out for the other person. Basically trouble can find you even if your not looking for it and really needs to bonker himself down.

    Good point though

One thing that has not really been discussed..

Why in the hell was Odom still on the team?

Re: My Take on the Perrilloux/Odom deal

The problem is that trouble seems to be infatuated with these two, way too often for many people to believe this was just an isolated incident, or a "wrong place at the wrong time" kind of deal. And even if this turns out not to be very serious, RP certainly knows better given his situation. It'll be difficult to know all of what happened that night for sure, but with the preliminary steps that CLM has taken, things don't look very encouraging for RP and Odom right now.

Sounds like the white bouncers were abusive to the black pregnant girlfriends of Odom and Perrilloux. This served to incense the players who attempted to defend their brides-to-be with the help of the rest of team at the bar. This report also explains why Ryan, after the event, called his lawyer to see if he should file a civil suit.

The Varsity should be shuttered and Ryan should be immediately reinstated to the team.

Coach Miles is a straight shooter. Saban is guarded and needs to be in total control of everyone and every detail. That's why Saban always likes to take over a program with lots of problems. He gets fast results and gets quick control without much resistance.

I agree with you on that if ppl want to throw RP off of the team even if he is innocent and not the agressor. Odom should've been put off the team a while back. His two incidents are all acts of violence now plus this one with the possibilty of footage with him caught in the act of another violent act. Now Fisher the attorney who even represented Pokey amongst others wont even represent him this time.

I read nothing in that statement to back up what you're saying. It's still the bouncers/Varsity saying one thing and RP/Odom saying another.

After reading the police report, I would say it's not a big deal if it was RP and Odom's first trouble. But given their repeat status, It'll be interesting to see what Miles does.

Unless something new comes out, this deal is over. Just waiting to see what Miles will do, if anything.

Here's my prediction...Oh wait..I don't have even one factual shred of information. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how this turns out.

I suggest you ladies do the same.

Maybe, if a player hasn't been in trouble before and given a ZERO tolerance policy.

Totally INSANE, No one player is important and should be given special treatment because of talent alone.
Bad character is just that and it can disrupt team chemistry or cause serious issues team related!

Seems like you are assuming a whole bunch of stuff here.
I won't call them facts because no one seems to know the truth here.
Even if your assumptions were correct Perrilloux was given a Zero tolerance policy I believe.

You seem to be ok with the fact that the bouncers stated that certain people threatened to come back with guns or did you just forget that?:rolleye33:
I'm not trying to call you out here, sorry, but this isn't the way things should be handled.
    LSU aint Florida or Miami!:rolleye33:

EDIT: Perrilloux and Odom were in the wrong!
Bars close at 2 am and they refused to leave when the bar was closing.
In hindsight maybe the bouncers should've called the police and had them removed instead of doing their jobs.
What do you expect to happen when you don't obey the law or exit a private establishment when they close for any reason!
