Since I am going to say the poster is off his rocker:insane:, I will also make a foolish comment to go along with his. Here it is:

Call Al Sharpton. Have him come shut the Varsity down. Then put RP on the next BET Hip Hop Honors program and HONOR him for not leaving a bar when it was time to leave. Honor the females for being in a club at 2am while pregnant too. Call it the new Civil Rights Movement.

Not enough info for me to make a prediction on how this will play out for RP. But clearly the Varsity should be shut down. I think we can all agree on that!

I'm concerned about why they would even go to Retroactive. Seriously, who the hell goes to that?

Maybe the way to bring RP around is for CLM to try a little "scared straight" psychology.....(Coach picks up phone)"OK, Marge, send him in......hello, Glenn, how's the knee? Just wanted to tell you again how much I admire your decision to come back for your senior year. You could be a millionaire today, but you came back to take one more shot at winning a national championship. I hope that jerk lineman from Auburn didn't cost you too much money with his cheap shot....And speaking of that national championship you sacrificed so much for, it looks like I'm going to have to suspend Perrilloux. Now I know he's just one guy, but he's been an important part of our offense in a small way. I know, that leaves us with no experienced backup for Matt, and he's been hanging on by a thread all year, but what can I do? Of course, if Matt gets hurt now, we can kiss that national championship good-bye. Man, all that sacrifice you made will have been for nothing.....sucks, doesn't it.....yeah, I know. (picks up phone again) OK, Marge, you can send Ryan in here now."

There will be no more problems.

The varsity most definitely doesn't need to be shut down. They almost without a doubt played no real part in having some one yell i'm goin get my gun be back in a minute to kill all you MF'ers.

Just turns out that the popular place brought out the popular people and those 2 combined brought on the most attention.

Must maintain focus. You never know, they were protecting their dates.
    I can picture it now...

They are sitting there, minding their own business when the bouncer comes up, rips out the table from the floor and says,

"Mind if we dance with your dates?"

Oh wait, that was a movie.

He knew that he was pulling the last straw and he should not have put himself in position to jeopardize his future. I'm sure that all the facts will be gather and I also trust CLM to do the right thing.

that police report narrative is award winning stuff - reads like a script for a TV show.......with the bear hugs on a pregnant woman, going to get a gun and shoot up the place, and all that.

The prblem with RP is that he thinks his doodoo don't stink......a little too cocky for a kid in his early 20s who is 2nd string QB. I bet Flynn didn't pull that crap when he sat behind JR, and I bet JR did not do it when he was a starter. I thought RP's mom moved to BR to keep him out of trouble....am I wrong about that?

He is a great talent, but the program does not need his BS any longer. Given no charges, he may get one more shot....but I would think anymore waves created by him will send him home.

Hate to say it but after reading that police report I don't think anybody should be permanently suspended or kicked off the team, etc. Sit their happy asses down for a couple of games or for the rest of the season at most. College kids got into a fight with the bouncers. Very dramatic.....:rolleye33:

That probably happens pretty often i imagine. As far as threatening to get a gun.....I've personally been threatened (he honestly said he'd "pop a cap in my ass") and both of us new it didn't mean anything. Threats mean different things in the heat of the moment......I would suggest they move on.

Taking a big picture look I would say Perrilloux is probably not that bright though. If I were Miles I would just make it clear that if he ever gets arrested for anything he is gone immediately. Getting showed up in front of your girlfriend by bouncers was probably a good thing for him. Miles should thank them. I think Bear Bryant used to do that at practice and called it "character building"....

When the same names are mentioned in the same type incidents over and over and over it's more than just being in the wrong place at the wrong time or having a bad day. These two appear to be bad seeds and I'm not confident their behavior will improve.
