  7. In common, normal, usage, these days, creditable, most often is used in the context of retirement or vesting of benefits.

    Employees need so many years of creditable service or employment to reach a level of benefits. And yes, I have an MBA, and no, it is not from Columbia.

    In this context creditable= deserving credit.

    Not as stong-credible= capable of being believed.

    Creditable works, let it go.
