No kidding. You don't wait until you need to pass to start throwing the ball, like last year leading up to Bama. I've said before that Jarrett Lee's first year was more damaging to Miles than it ever was to JL because after that, he was SO afraid of throwing picks that he never put his QBs in those situations. Hence the poor development. You can't be so afraid to throw a pick that you don't allow your QB to make mistakes. That's how they learn.
