Didn't the Big Unit strike out 21 in a 10 inning game?

I also saw Clemon's 2nd 20 strike out game also,.. it was amazing, unforgettable, exciting as hell

In 1962 vs the Baltimore Orioles, Washington Senator's Tom Cheney struck out 21 batters in a 16 inning game,.. no other pitcher has struck out more than 20 in a game.

Competition committee agrees to changes to strike zone, intentional walks
    http://espn.go.com/mlb/story/_/id/1...-agrees-changes-strike-zone-intentional-walks

.....The committee agreed on a motion to effectively raise the lower part of the strike zone to the top of the hitter's knees, sources said. The current rules stipulate that the zone begins at "the hollow beneath the kneecap," but the change is a reaction to a trend by umpires to call strikes on an increasing number of pitches below the knees.

The change in the intentional-walk rule would end the traditional practice of requiring the pitcher to lob four balls outside the strike zone. Instead, a team could signify it wants to issue an intentional walk, and the hitter would be immediately sent to first base.....

The potentially dramatic changes could be in effect by next season.

I first went to Candlestick in 1963,.. Giants lost to the Pirates 4-1,.. but that didn't matter, I'd found my first love and have been an avid passionate Giants fan ever since.
