Normally college coaches squelch rumors quick because it has an adverse effect on recruiting. The chick on the sidelines then said she talked to Don Shula and he said he liked Saban because of his NFL experience, has the right mind for it, and he will bring a lot of excitement to the franchise. More hot air obviously. I agree with MAdden. He knows how this coaching thing works pretty well.
I thought the exact same thing when he said it. The last couple of years Saban squashed the rumors quickly. For him to let them continue can mean only one thing. I just hope he gets Ro' down to Miami once he gets there.
