I had no idea who he was. I bet she was texting. I had a truck come several feet into my lane on the way to work the other day and I OFTEN see cars all over the road and when I cross/pass them the drivers' heads are down. TMI.
Ok just passed the texting and driving law. They had an OHP officer answering questions like what about GPS on phones and whatnot. His response was simple, "if you are distracted we are pulling you over"
