A little cocky, hell he was down right overloaded with self confidence and arrogance. His friends didn't even like him :)

I was around him on a number of occassions and he was one of the biggest jerks I had ever been around, but he did mellow a lot over the years and if you talked hunting to him he would be pretty friendly.

cajdav1 - you are exactly right. I had the chance to work with Will Clark during and after his playing days. He was a arrogant jerk and even hit on my girl friend, he was really a prick. But I heard he's mellowed a lot lately and has humbled quite a bit.

He had a habit on watching long flys drop just short of the fence and having to haul his sorry tail to first fast in order to save a single. He also was the worst defensive player in the Bertman era.

    Adam Terrace

He wore an LSU uniform, but no one ever doubted who he played for... Adam Terrace. He is the reason the 1988 LSU team missed the regionals. Hated universally, he had his blue Firebird packed for Florida sitting the Box parking lot. When the team returned from the SEC tournament, he stepped off the bus and into his car.

Let's just say that Oklahoma's ex-coach wouldn't have liked him.

I had season tickets and rarely missed a game during the 80s. Why can't I remember this guy ? (no old age jokes please) :hihi:

I vaguely remember him...I think his name was spelled Terris, though. He was
    a first baseman.
