I didn't say Mett would be great. I said Mett having an opportunity would be great so we know what we have moving forward. The way things were set up was to have Mett sit out the entire year. That wasn't a good thing. In fact it was going to be stupid.
You have no idea what was being set up...but yeah, now Mett will at least get some time like NW, WKU, and mop up if possible...assuming no JJ. This WILL be good for Mett's development.
What does that have to do with anything? My guess is because after they booted him, he went to JUCO and kicked arse, proved he has his shyt together, and the LSU coaches and program appealed to him.
