I'm kinda confused with some of the comments. Most posters are more questioning the leadership of JJ because he was out past curfew and already looking to JL to be the starter but since it's been reported that JL was there also, what does that say about his leadership?
And it was a good try, Fish. So . . IF JJs is out for a while I agree with your points · Lee starts the game in his home state, Mett likely gets time also. I think Les gives Lee a short leash, but not really a quick hook. First game for Lee and Mett could become a job interview for the rest of the season. · Reworked Leadership feels Les’s breath on their necks. They take ownership and the rest of the year the team stays clean · JJ comes back (unless Felon tainted) at some point and then it gets interesting. If Lee has led victories against Oregon, Mississippi, and WV he could be set as starter and become the comeback story of the year. · Or we could have another year like last year · It will never be dull I do believe Les will turn this into a positive in the long run. But we have to get through the next 2 months.
If this guy (pickup truck dude) made an attempt to, or actually hit one of the players with the truck could he not be charged with some sort of vehicular offense as well? I think the law calls them in and says "You boys go your separate ways" Just my .02
I've seen it reported a few times that JL was there and that he also confirmed JJ was involved in some way.. I imagine if we find out which players were there that it's going to include quite a few seniors, I think this is part of the reason why CLM is so upset.
I heard from a dependable internet source (Oxymoron alert) that JL and Mett were at the fight also and CLM is suspending all for curfew violation and is already prepping Shep to be the Wild Tiger QB. JUST KIDDING. I MADE IT UP. DON'T REPEAT. NO STOP, DON'T CUT AND PASTE THIS. I SAID I MADE IT UP.
