Now that you mention it, that's an interesting angle. We don't know what marine-truck actually did. It may have been perceived that he was the aggressor in his vehicle. Perhaps that's why he lawyered up? Maybe we'll never know, but there's got to be more to the story than what we've heard so far. It just doesn't add up.
Ifwe have to resort to JL being our starter against Oregon, I think we'd better hope that we DON'T see Mett--because that would likely only mean that things aren't going well. If JL were to produce agaisnt Oregon, he'd play the whole game.
Exactly... We know JJ was there because he's been implicated in the fight but we still don't know the fact but too many here are speculation that JL will start not because JJ was involved but because of a lack of leadership. Until we know in what way JJ was involved and also who the other players that were there were, we speculate as to who the starters or leaders should be..
THe four LSU players were not witnesses when that quote was made. Stone said Monday morning would be the 1st time he would get to hear the other side of the story.
This actually makes more sense to me in light of the fact that these players and this FB Program as a whole does not have a history of this kinda behavior. Good call - hope the TRUTH comes out of this soon so can all get focused on football games again!
Just sort of wondering, how would the old platoon Sargent get discipline reestablished? I'm sure you have had to deal with things similar to this. What do you think coach is doing now to whip them back into shape? Have you seen a group come together after something like this and have you seen unit cohesion actually go down? Which way do you see it heading?
apples and oranges my man, apples and oranges. I have no idea what Les is doing nor will I speculate that I do. He must have been doing something wrong if 15-20 of them were willing to give him the finger and say "I got your curfew right here coach" He will fix it I'm sure.
You can't possibly be as stupid as you sound. Gossip isn't making me crazy, but I'm also not in total denial either. The police aren't questioning LSU players because of internet gossip, they are being questioned because they were implicated in a crime. They may or may not be guilty, but an event bigger than missing curfew did take place. It may turn out that the other side is entirely guilty and that the players are innocent. That doesn't mean that this isn't a serious investigation where serious charges could be filed and that the players own stupidity put them in that situation. However if you are happier with your head up your a$$ be my guest.
