Lee will come in a renewed man. I'm sorry for jj but we must move on. Lee will know this is his damn strong football team. If lee has any chance to go to the NFL now is the time. Lee will go out there and pick apart the ducks with play action. Follow me here. Our badass o line will dominate up front. The horses will run wild behind that experienced oline. The ducks will be forced to stack the box. After the safety cheats up to play the run, lee makes them pay. Shep across the middle and on the bubble screens will tear the ducks a new arse. Randle will burn their asz on the fade for the td. Lee loves the fade. I am excited to see LSU go back to a pro style offense. Lee will shine. I believe he will be the media cinderella story of the year. The comeback kid

Lee's ceiling is about as low as JJ's unfortunately. Mett is our only hope. We have to pray we beat Oregon and then quickly get Mett up to speed and get him significant PT by the time we play Mississippi State in game 3 and moving forward from there. Mett playing half of the Northwestern State game would be nice.

Every year it has been the same thing, Jefferson is great in camp and practice but come game time he is horrible. He was horrible YET again in the spring game. Sound familiar. I could be and HOPE I am wrong but we have heard the same thing all three years of these guys Really improved, got experience now, look awesome in camp, great in practice, Miles giving us "Really looks good" oh spring game a bit rough, but LSU was not showing anything" then come game time and we get 4-15 for 87 yards 0-2 Lee and Jefferson I dont dislike personally, Lee seems to be a great kid. But he has never given us ONE inclination he can actually play QB consistently at any level... Remember the mop up games ? I am sure most of you are like me. As soon as he drops back to pass you go "Oh no......." That is not fun as an LSU fan, that ANYTIME your QB drops back to pass you say "Oh no...." I am not saying Mett is the guy either, but we have PLENTY of data on Lee and Jefferson and it is not good. We have none on Mett so he is our best hope.
