Let me say that State has played flawless in this game.

I know this is our forum but I think it will make some people
fill better about our basketball team.

I have said that LSU will be better with experiance by Feb and
March because of our freshman and guards.

I haven't been too concerned up until now but last I saw we
    were trailing Ole Miss.

I don't have any Idea what kinda offense we're running though?

It certainly isn't a motion type offense, I don't see many screens
    or motion.

It seems like an offense where everyone stands around and tries
to pass it inside and out and that bothers me.

We don't have Shaq to make the pass over the defense....

If you look at the stats from when State played us our defense
    was horrible....
State shot 50% from the 3 point line for the game
    60% the first half.

So our defense and offense was horrible in the 1st half, that is why we were down big.

We played better D the 2nd half and had a chance to win, we shot 60% the 2nd half but our D and rebounding fell short.

Florida has had a 13 game win streak against the west until tonight if they don't come back and win

    well,

LSU lost to Ole Miss tonight so Its still early but I don't know what to expect from this team anymore.

My expectations now have totally changed.

    Something isn't normal here......

I don't mind losing a game here or there or maybe a losing season every once in a while but.....

If you honestly play your heart out and played a good game and
    lost its one thing.

Its not normal to have scoring droughts on offense like this team
has had in at least their last 2 games.

I believe 14 minutes against State?

    then

at least 7 minutes tonight against Ole Miss?

I have a question, If this team turns out to be at 500 and have
    droughts like this all year....

Does that give enough justification to finding a new coach?

Yes. Attendance is down considerably since Brady has become coach. He helped us through some tough years, but he doesn't cut it as a legit. big time D1 coach. We need to go out there and pick up a up and coming and ENERGETIC coach to revive this basketball program. We need the LSU and Baton Rouge community to get excited about LSU basketball again. Our level of play right now is embarassing as is our attendance figures.

Do you think it would be easier, finding a coach now since we're
    not on probation anymore?

Do you think its possible to get a top coach here?

I'm not sure we could get a "known coach" here

    Who?
