Do you mean Buddy Songy? I didn't know he had ever been right about anything.

dude, you are talking about putting Mangino in Louisiana? That's like Pablo Escobar hiring Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston to bag his cocaine.

A good coach fits the gameplan around the players, not the players into his gameplan. BSU had no running game to speak of this year, so Moore was the obvious choice as offensive catalyst. Harsin's first season as OC (when BSU went undefeated, beat OU on the last play of the game), they ranked in the top five nationally in rushing offense with Ian Johnson.

I'm a fan of Dirk Koetter, though. LSU is going to run and throw the ball.

I think with a QB Crowton will be fine.

Yeah although many Jaguars fans here in Jax would LOVE to see Dirk move on. They always criticize him for being way too conservative. But, with a top-tier back like MOjo and a sub-par QB like Garrard it's hard to imagine them putting up big numbers each week.

I like the Dirk of ASU days when he was both head coach AND offensive coordinator. They had an impressive offense going on there for a few seasons.
