    Hmmmmm ... wouldn't you have to go back to the future to determine that? I smell a movie.

    what would be cool is if they came out with 3 more movies and at the end of the 3rd which would be episode 9, all advanced life and technology is wiped out, and the last of the species sends a meteor with amino acids to a blue planet in the milky way galaxy, and then dies, thus paving the way for life on planet Earth.

    This galaxy may be closer to the center of the universe and much older than ours. It may not exist anymore.

    It's a bizarre galaxy where everybody speaks english and you can walk around starships like there was gravity in space, not to mention the noise of blasters in airless space.

    not to mention the glass on these ships frequently get shattered out and no one dies.

    Going off on a tangent for a sec, it always amused me on Star Trek (especially the TNG series), many species are technologically primative compared to 23rd century Earth, except for that all of their buildings have hi-tech, motion sensitive, automatic doors. :huh:
