  4. Pretty cool setup. The ones I really like and appreciate are the guys like at the Jambalaya Festival who don't have the luxury of raising and lowering. It's all about timing.

  8. I'll work on that. My daughter took this pic of Lisa and I the last time I cooked. I keep it over at my warehouse. Next time I'm over there I'll grab a shot of it.
