Yes, it is Randall He was civil about it and he was in a rush. But if I had gotten a picture with him, then all the other LSU bandmembers with me would have wanted a picture and then all the OU bandmembers would have wanted one as well and he would have been there all day taking pictures with people. That's why I didn't get a picture.
