Re: N. Texas may just have to wait I'm shocked it took you this long to respond to this.......... I figured you'd have full blow analysis by now.
Re: N. Texas may just have to wait I love both...I love hurricane season, I really wish I had gone to school for meterology, so I could do that. I would love to have Cantorie's job.
Re: N. Texas may just have to wait I would love to too. People here in Texas think I am nuts because I talk about hurricanes all the time. I am thinking about doing meterology when I get out of the Army. The only problem is that hurricane and football season run together.
Re: N. Texas may just have to wait I have to say in my unofficial expert opinion that we won't get a drop of rain from that thing. Ninja edit: Boy was I wrong....
Re: N. Texas may just have to wait yeah, nothing better than witnessing billions of dollars worth of damage done to communities....over and over again. :dis:
Re: N. Texas may just have to wait I also love bad weather. Living in tornado alley is also very fun during the spring and fall. Supercell thunderstorms are really exciting, and I think dark gray clouds are beautiful. With all of that being said, geaux away Katrina. I'm coming in from Texas for the season opener, and I don't want you to rain on my parade!
Re: N. Texas may just have to wait Well, I don't think Jim can't wait to see people's **** destroyed, I just think he gets off on standing up in the middle of it while being on camera for people to say "look at this *******, why don't he get off the beach".
Re: N. Texas may just have to wait I agree. My father and I were standing outside one time when I was in high school watching debris fall out of the sky that had been picked up from what had been a tornado. A couple of years ago my husband and I (with our dogs) were trying to run to a neighbors tornado shelter and were getting pelted with debris from what had been a tornado. That one was a little close. We came out of their shelter and a huge tree in our front yard had been uprooted, and a subdivision a mile away was totally gone. There was nothing left of those houses. I was picking up insulation from my yard from the GM plant a few miles away for days! I said it before and I will say it again about hurricanes. My mil is in Mobile, Alabama, and my dog is just outside of Navarre Beach, Florida. I would rather my mil take the hit from a hurricane.
