    INDIANAPOLIS -- The NCAA Division I Board of Directors ratified a rule change Wednesday that will allow all athletes who have not yet transferred the ability to do so one time in a college career and be immediately eligible to play

    Quarterbacks will obviously tilt the table the most with this rule in place.

    What will be the second most pivotal or impactful position?

    Is it a lineman like left table or edge rusher? Center is invaluable and often overlooked. Kicker could be enormous for a contender to fix.

    I think it'll be interesting to see which role ends up being the second most sought after to fill.
