i see your point, but it is more attractive to have 2 Top 10 teams clashing this weekend...thus the jump. by the way, nice Dead Guy avatar. I love that beer, but it is hard to find in Texas.
WTF is wrong with you guys????????? BYE is ****ing undefeated. They have the number #1 scoring defense in the country. Have not given up a single point all season, hell they haven't allowed a single yard of offense. ND squared up with them and got the tie. How in the hell did you think that they would NOT jump us in the polls. Damn purple and gold glasses.
I noticed that and I believe it's another polster ploy to get the best matchup for a USC team that would otherwise have a week SOS. Looks to me that the media is trying their damndest to "hype" up this game (USC/ND) as much as possible.
LSU outgained them almost 5:1 ratio not sure where the problem with the either the score or the stats were with the voters it was pure domination
Let me first set the record straight by saying that ND is my most hated non SEC team. Its ND, Miami, Nebraska, tOSU, Meechegan. However, I think we should all be able to agree that ND has played a much tougher schedule than LSU has thus far. While I agree that ND should not have jumped us this week, but ND should have been ranked ahead of us to begin with. This is the problem with letting the human polls decide the NC. Every time there seems to be the logic (you don't move down unless you lose), this happens. This situation is exactly why the AP, Coaches Poll, and Harris Poll should all be thrown out and a playoff started. That way nobody can whine and moan you have to prove it on the field.
I don't have a problem with Notre Dame passing us, in my own ratings Notre Dame is #3 and LSU is #13. I didn't expect Notre Dame to pass us, but I did expect UCLA to pass us. I won't let my rankings out until every team has played 5 games, which will probably be next weekend.
LOL. My rankings are premature, kinda like the BCS, but I've been following the season and its hard not to mention my ratings; SORRY  . My rankings rank how good a team does compared to their opponents' averages; the better you perform against strong teams the more points you get. USC is #1, so you can give me some credit. :thumb:
Don't be surprised if ND beats USC they will jump all the way to #1 and USC only falls to #2. Texas and VT will get screwed because the media darlings will be 1 and 2. LSUDAN
