    I'm not real bright so I don't follow your reference. Sorry. I am certain Spurrier (and very, very few others) would have shown the loyalty/hardheadedness to a recent grossly under-performing QB that Coach Miles did.

    Don't see how that can really be contested, but that is just my view.

    Well, Spurrier did the same thing with an under performing QB that had to be suspended several times.

    Garcia would have finished out his college career playing if he were Bama's qb. Same can be said if he were Meyer's qb. And I'm also willing to bet had Meyer known exactly what a freak Cam Newton was he could have had a dorm full of laptops and not been booted.
