If you have a friend state-side who is willing to spend some cash, and you both have high-speed acess, I've been using a device that would help you. It's called Slingbox and it allows you to stream whatever is on your TV over the net to anywhere in the world for free. All you do is hook it up between his/her TV and video source (Cable, Satalite, DVD player) and hook it up to his/her cable/DSL modem. Then you download the Slingplayer software and connect over the net to his/her box. You can even hookup an IR blaster that lets you change the channel from across the net. I've been testing it with relatives in Nevada and the quality is pretty good. It is a bit pricey though ($249 U.S.) but thats all you'll ever have to pay. http://www.slingmedia.com/
We've listened to a few games on LSUSports.net and been to the SPORTS CAFE near Picadilly Circus and watched the Georgia game... If your not going to be in London, though, I'm not sure...Start googling the game on the internet when it gets closer to see if anyone is showing the video cast of it online?
I did some searching for ya and i found a free way to watch espn on the net. Its a bit technical, and certainly not legal, but it definetley works http://www.ghacks.net/2005/12/19/watch-tv-with-your-pc/
