Really this is not a decision for him. He would have to borrow the money just to put it into a c.d. If it takes you two years to pay it off, then it is not worth it. My memories of the 03 championship game are quite vivid. Watched it from home. Thinking back to all of the games I have been to, most memories are of the actual game itself and would be the same had I watched them from home.

If it really took you 2 years to pay for it you shouldn't go. Find as many Tiger fans in your area that you can. Everybody chip in (probably 15-20 tiger fans) $20. You could have a kick butt party and enjoy the time.
