I have no idea who may run against her in the next cycle but I plan to donate the maximum to her opponent. Time for Ms. Piggy to be bounced from office.
Let's see . . .vote for a moderate Louisiana Senator who brings $300 million to Louisiana (which is her job) or vote for . . . well, nobody. :lol: The Tea Party is just reinforcing the increasingly obvious fact that the Republicans only offer an obstructionist agenda. They are against everything, yet offer nothing and nobody. Sure, let's elect a Republican, like our governor, who puts party politics above getting work done for his Louisiana constituents.
Actually it's her job to listen to the will of her constituents which would be to vote against obamacare. And you probably missed it (because the media refuses to report on it and obama likes to lie about it) but the Republicans did have an alternative plan for the stimulus - which stimulated absolutely nothing. Health Care - which actually would REDUCE the deficit, LOWER premiums, and DECREASE the number of uninsured unlike Obamacare which will SKYROCKET the deficit, INCREASE premiums, and FORCE people to buy a private product and if they choose to not follow the government mandate be fined and possibly thrown in jail. But you're a "moderate" and an "independent" so you disagree with what the Republicans have offered - and that's your right. But don't lie and say that the Republicans have offered nothing
