I don't even have a damn gun and I think it is bullshit. Hell your standard 9mm handgun is designed to hold more than that. I guess next is they will mandate everyone has to have a .45 instead cause it is closer to only holding 10 rounds. Good by me, I would prefer the knockdown power of the .45 anyway. In the end it is still who the phuck is barry, or pelosi or holder or any of those other clowns to tell me or anyone else what capacity my mag should hold. It isn't as if they can't be easily manufactured with half a brain and some some scrap metal anyway. This will increase the criminal population because if you can't buy it people will just start making it.

the government says that you do not need to drive faster than X miles per hour also but no one questions that. should the government be able to say how fast one "needs" or "doesn't need" to drive?
