    We ate New Years Day food watching the game at a neighbors house.

    Standing rib roast, fresh from the smoker.
    Black eyed peas on rice
    Cabbage
    Sweet potato souffle

    Pork (backbone) Stew over rice
    "Fancy" Cole Slaw
    Blackeye Peas
    Stewed Blackeye Peas
    Smothered Cabbage
    Double Fudge Pound Cake
    Rum Cake

    Followed by: (1) Nervousness during the game; (2) Elation; (3) Complete and Total Disappoinment.

    Followed by:

    Beef Brisket Samiches
    and
    Too many beers !
