    i met KB personally and saw her all the time when she was LT gov and i worked for state tourism, she was very nice. dont kmow shit about her politically, as i left town long term soon after. i liked her alright.

    Earl Long made a campaign stop in my home town when I was a youngster. He gave me a quarter and said "Here kid, go buy yourself a Coke." I did.

    No but after I had typed Edwin and the E in Edwards autocomplete put it correctly in the sentence. It changed sometime before I hit post. That happens a lot on my phone and never on my laptop.

    Not really a celebrity, but I get to post a vintage, somewhat erotic photo. Evangeline the Oyster Girl, apparently a pretty popular Bourbon St. stripper of the '40's, 50's and 60's, has died of cancer at 89. Her real name was Kitty West.
