Bud Adams took the Oilers from Houston and I never heard that it affected his care businesses here. It's not the same but does provide a source of perspective. I think there would be a lot of talk but it would die out pretty fast. Now if he left for Auburn they would burn it to the ground. This is outside of his duties as coach and I could care less. However it does seem to be causing a mini melt down in gumpland. Many are incensed that he would hold them up for an extra $2.5 MM/yr over the Texas job and have a down year losing to the Aubies & Big Game Bob in consecutive games. BTW he is apparently being sued for it for some reason. It is fun to watch though a great circus.
