1. saints ain't going nowhere. nowhere else he could sell the seats as he can here in another place after the novelty wears off. saints 30+ years of losing and just broke their streak of 35+ games in a row with a sellout.

but of course, the beloved USL kathleen may do all she can to ruin that too. as much as they suck i'd be sick if they moved. Prolly cuz we lost the jazz and once gone they wont be coming back. no pro team but the whorenuts? jeez
  2. Or (coughcarollcough)
  3. yeah but carrols a little pretty boy b*tch and doesnt count in my book

remember how much he sobbed when the ncaa rightfully wouldnt reinstate williams? i'd like to fight pete carrol:angryfire
  4. Benson

I don't think that Benson is the Devil - he is just an old low class used car salesman. The Saints' current difficulties started when Benson, for some unexplained reason, got his nose in a joint and fired the Saints GM, Randy Muller. Muller had built a pretty good team through the draft and free agency. Since Muller left, the Saints' draft picks and free agents have been mostly duds. The cumulative effect of the current management's bad personnel policies have produced the Saints team you see today.

I have no idea whether Haslett is a good coach or not. However, I am sure of one thing - almost no coach could overcome the Saints terrible personnel decisions of the last few years.

Sabin on his stupidest day is not near stupid enough to get involved with the Saints.
  5. Groh, Carroll, Saban, the list is a pretty good one. For every coach that you name that came and back and is unsuccessful I would think I could name a successful one. And don't rule Callahan out after his first year when they knoew they were going to have a hard time installing all of the new schemes with players that don't fit the schemes. I hope he does fall on his face for what they did to his predecessor but I will reserve my judgement on Callahan for a few seasons.
  6. Leave LSU to coach the Saints? Why would Nick Saban take a step down?
  7. The "whorenuts" won't be around much longer either
  8. good.
  9. Going to the Saints would NOT be a step down. How can you say leaving LSU for an NFL head coaching job is a step down?    It would be more like falling off of a cliff :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: which is a little more than a step down IMO. :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: :hihi:
  10. big boy steps.
