I don’t see how Gillette can still be competitive. I’ve been to the plant there in Boston and the mfg side is tiny. Plus with all these dollar shave club things coming out, how can a 13 dollar razor compete?
I knew what I knew about the riff between Belichick and Craft. I had heard no mention of Saban in connection with that at that time. Since then I heard Stephan A. Smith discuss it on his radio show. That answers my question of whether you heard that somewhere before you posted. I should have known better than to give you any credit for independent thought.
I've seen the Gillette plant from the outside. The building is huge. I wouldn't be surprised if they made a lot of those razors sold by the dollar clubs. I've been buying my blades from harrys.com for the last year or so. Great razor and it costs me $15 every 3 months.
I thought Gillette bought out the dollar club gig? The commercials really settled down this year because of it.
