With some of the strictest gun laws in the nation, Chicago is a perfect example of how gun laws don't work. When you disarm law abiding citizens but not the criminals you end up with a situation similar to Baltimore not long ago where all you can do is sit back and watch them destroy the city. Good thing Obama's right hand man is in charge there, hope and change should be coming soon.
