May has Bama going undefeated with the NC. Granny Holtz picks OU to go unbeaten. Looks like the talking heads are starting to pile on to the idea that we get curbstomped in T-town. I'm not buying it.

Mathieu was also nearly invisible in the Heisman discussion for both guys. May at least gave him a passing mention.

you cant blame them for being Bama

the game will be at Bama and Bama will be picked to win by most

all we got to do is win

I understand their thinking and even respect the choice. It's just odd to me that the AP #1 team didn't factor anywhere in the discussion.

imo, we are equal with bama. the two best in the sec and the nation. and so close in so many areas, that it is gonna be very hard fought for both teams.

what worries me about nov 5, is going against home field and home cookin advantage.

Not a damn thing anyone can do about that.

LSU and Bama are carbon copies on the surface, but more different than people think looking at them unit by unit. And I'm not so sure it all favors Bama, especially in turnover differential in a game where turnovers and field position can make all the difference.

Yawn - so what. It's nothing new; especially with Holtz. Fugg'um. We'll show'em all.

I think it's the national perception of Les Miles at work here. The national media and esp. ESPN see him as cooky and kind of winning with talent and in spite of himself. Maybe an undefeated season will change that, who knows? I personally could care less. Keep pumping Alabama as the best thing since sliced bread. All the more sweet the vicory will be.

Not sure whete i heard/read this, but i found it interesting...

LSU (and Bama) has three goals:

    1) win SEC West
    2) win SEC championship game
    3) win BCS championship game

Goal #1 the going to be the most difficult by far.
