No more kidding/joking about having a "source."

Go scroll through my posts during the Saban ordeal and see how much was correct. Also don't forget that Skip himself said Saban changed his mind several times. You attacked and you were dead-ass wrong.

 

I will say it again. Crawfish was only guilty of one thing--over-confidence.

 

I know who CRAWFISH's source was and it was a legit one. Sadly his source turned out to be wrong but you can't blame CRAWFISH for posting the info.

 

yes and i don't blame him for that either. this was someone who was always right in the past. Everyone was played and it hurts but, 'its time to move on'.

The rule that I'm talking about concerns kidding and joking around by posting false info/rumors that come from fake "inside sources." The rule doesn't apply to somebody who has actually learned some inside info from a source.

The info does not need to pan out as true, BUT be mindful that if you post about a rumor that you heard, clarify that it is a rumor.

We are on the honor system here, aren't we? For example, I placed some trust in CRAWFISH'S posts, because he seemed on the level. I'm pleased to learn that CRAWFISH was NOT joking/kidding about his info. The fact that it turned out to be wrong is very unfortunate indeed, but we won't penalize CRAWFISH for that.

Only a sick little bastard would get a thrill out of fooling his fellow LSU Tiger fans . . . Hell, that what AUBURN fans are for . . . if you want to taunt and fool other people like a sick little bastard, then go give it to THEM, rather than your fellow Tiger fans.

I propose that we severely penalize any jerk who jerks us around with this kind of "joke." I'm not talking about CRAWFISH or Tigerskin, or anybody in particular either.

 

OK Jean...understood. Problem is we won't know who is putting up false rumors and who is legit. So we all have to decide for ourselves.

I am near NYC, so I'm not going to hear any "inside info" from the street or LSU's campus. I don't think anybody in my neighborhood has ever heard of LSU, because they are all from India and like soccer and cricket, rather than american football.

These folks from India make very good neighbors, but they have never heard of the LSU Tiger football team or Nick Saban.

 

let's hope they didn't have any relatives involved in that nightmare overseas.

 

Guys, I got some info that many others around town received. It turns out that even Nick told several people last Thursday night he was staying. Well....Mr. Money bags rolls back in town and gives him a little more control and we lost our coach.
