Anybody place a For Sale sign yet in Smoke's yard? Reality that is pretty classless to do, but it wouldn't surprise me if someone did that within the next 48 hours as Smoke HAS TO GO.
I think this is a move of "hostility," if you will, toward LSU. You know how many people have been waiting for this day--a day when LSU would NOT be in a regional; not at home, not anywhere. There are teams FAR less qualified than LSU in these regionals. LSU doesn't "deserve" to be in a regional, but they DID accomplish more than a lot of teams that did indeed get invited. It's pretty ****ty... but I guess I'd rather LSU not losing to some team I've never heard of before...
Anybody remember what we were doing this time of year in '88? Just wondering, not real sure how to act without our boys playing in the post season.
Man, I was four years old... I have no idea what I was doing... sleeping probably... it's strange to realize that LSU's not playing in a regional. It has almost become part of the regular season the last decade and a half... R.I.P. Tiger Baseball... :bncry:
