I hate having to rely on Jim Hawthorne! Besides, unless I'm listening in my car, the radio signal goes out too much. I miss a lot of the broadcast. Do you get it pretty well in Round Rock?
I was hoping for the ESPN 2 game with an 8 p.m. start. That would be like the very old days of starting at 8 p.m. and for the wussies from Oxfart. But a 7 p.m. kick will be just fine. If I'm not there I'll listen to Hawthorne, Moreau and Jordy who I enjoy listening to. There as good if not better than a lot of crews out there.
i believe UF-FSU is on the CBS the day after LSU-Arky at least it was last year it sux that lsu-ole miss didn't get any tv coverage, now up in ohio i wont' be able to watch it
I pick up WWL reasonably well after dark most nights. Of course, it's still Hawthorne... :dis: I'd rather catch it on the radio than the internet as it seems to come and go alot on my net connection even though I've got the highspeed thing....always tells me it's "buffering", whatever the hell that is (how's that for a hi-tech description ?) :yelwink2:
I will be out of town the weekend of the Ole Miss game. I was hoping to watch it on tv though. I will not have Internet access where I am. Tell me more about sirius.. I'd buy it just for that (then return it the week after). :thumb: Do I have to sign up for a specific amount of service, beyond one month? Is there a trial period?
You can get a small portable sirius radio. You can pay month to month, at $13 non-refundable. So, it would cost you $13 for the one game.
