wait, Saban didnt say these recruits by name did he? isnt that a violation? unless its legal now...that doesnt sound like something Saban would do at all. he always watches what he says and knows all the rules. so whats the deal with that?
I did not Saban said these recruits names and this information. Saban knows not to do that. Just a little reading between the lines on my part. As for the current players he can say what he wants.

of course Saban can say we have a lock from a recruit from Cali and we'll all know who that is. of course Saban knows what he's doing there.
Re: Should read I did not say ...... Hey Tigerskin (and others), there is an "edit" button for each post. Just so you know, you can go back and change things if you need to. Just look off to the right and underneath the post. I think that it is one of the cooler features of the cool board.
Next time you may want to try and word this differently as everyone was thinking the same thing that knows the recruiting rules, either Saban was drunk or you were making up the entire story. But thanks for the report. Also, did they show the recruiting video's before St Nick got there, that's seems like it may be against the rules if he were there.
Saban mentioned no recruits by name. Especially no one who has not given him a verbal. He was very politically correct talking about recruits.
