Obama's proposed spending is more than every past president combined. That's a fact.

Because he's in the know now. When he was campaigning, he didn't know squat. He only thought he did.

Yes, I am afraid of the future, but it's because of what this administration is trying to do. We cannot spend our way out of problems. The government is not the overseer of the free market. Insurmountable debt will not solve anything. Radical Islam will not look more kindly upon us because we are suddenly contrite and willing to listen to their side of the story. Iran will not stop trying to destroy Israel because Obama thinks they should and trying to broker a peace between Israel and Hamas (which will never happen in a million years) will only buy Iran more time to develop WMD. I want to be able to by an American truck but Obama will either make them prohibitively expensive or drive the already crumbling auto industry into the ground with ridiculously timed emission standards. If I used credit cards, I would not want to pay an annual fee and higher interest just because deadbeats get their rates jacked because they can't pay their bills on time.
