I think you may have misunderstood me. We may pull the majority of our troops out of Iraq, but I don't think they will be coming home. I think they will make a strategic shift and there will be a broader scale war. The problem with that , is that isn't what most Americans are expecting, based on Pres Obamas promise. Although he didn't say he was going to bring the troops home.
agree. and i believe that is also why obama will continue the policy of striking within pakistan. (one that i agree with.) that border is too porus right now.
maybe not here. but there has been press on the pakistani policy. and i dont think its so much that bringing it up is so much a slight to bush, but just voicing (typing?) the opinion that it looks like obama is continuing the policy. and noting that it is the first such strike of his administration. face it, no matter who the president is, their first actions get notice because everyone wants to know what they are going to do. it has been that way with all presidents, and will continue to be so with future presidents.
The suggestion was that SabanFan types were all predicting that Obama was going to sing Kumbaya with the terrorists instead of being a commander in chief. And they were wrong, once again.
