I saw the video. It was certainly odd about him referring to "my Muslim Faith" but over 20 years of attending a Christian church rather than a mosque says more than a 4-word phrase. That statement could have been a slip. Obviously, he does have a high regard for Islam and feels a strong attachment to it because of his family connections to it.
this is out of context. he was describing the mulsim faith he doesnt have. like f i say "you cant mock my christian faith, because i dont have it". and you can cut that sentence to make it appear i am saying my christian faith. that is effectively what happened there. of course he isnt. why would he be a muslim? his parents were atheists. there is no evidence whatsoever that he is a muslim. hell, i say "salaam alaikim" or whatever to the guy who sells halal foood on my corner, does that make me a muslim? i can pronounce the living **** out of koran if i want. doesnt make me muslim. if i was running for office, i would appear to be a feminist at feminist conventions, and a gun toting southerner at NRA conventions. its just politics. no successful politician has ever not done it.
and as for the quote about this not being a christian nation, he was simply agreeing with the exact words of the founding fathers on that one.
I'm not taking any chances. He's a sympathizer at the very least. Baby steps. That's how they operate.
i dont know what you mean. a "sympathizer"? does he "sympathize" with radical muslims? wish for a global caliphate? there is no evidence for this at all. there is no point to this discussion. is obama terrible? yes. is he trying to destroy the economy? yes. is he the worst president ever in history? probably. is george bush better? yes. is obama a liar? yes of course. is he a muslim? obviously not. i like it better when we throw labels like "socialist" at obama. at least he is actually trying to "socialize" things. this muslim accusation is pointless, and makes his political opponents look like backwater bumpkins.
