I prefer relocating the UN to New Orleans. That would be a win-win situation. The UN could invest billions of dollars (75% or so other countries' tax dollars--good for us) in New Orleans. The America-haters could pat themselves on the back and say they're taking care of NOLA where America failed (good for them). And a lot of those bureaucrats would get capped (good for everyone).
