Not only did he want to stay longer, the Iraqi PM wanted it as well. The real reason is Sadr (sic) wanted us out. This can only end badly.
This is the new "out". The military units are coming home except for about 200 Marine embassy guards. But we have so many diplomatic personnel in the worlds largest embassy compound that they will have over 16,000 contractors doing security services.

Red, When he's spinning the truth so blatantly it doesn't instill a great deal of confidence that he cares about keeping his promises, which is what aggravates me. I doubt SabanFan cares about ending any war, he's more likely bitching 'cos its Obama.
