I like Dana Halgorsen of Oklahoma State. This is his 1st year as OC there. The previous two years he was OC at University of Houston. He is also a quarterbacks coach. Had great results at both schools both in terms of total offense and the passing game. Whoever gets the job, I hope he has multiple years experience as an OC.
Dana Holgorsen was hired by West Virginia to be their OC this year but will take over as the Head Coach from Bill Stewart after 1 season as OC. I wouldn't rule him out completely if we strike out on some of our targets or if a great QB coach wants on board. We at least know he is not on the top of our list.
